EVENTS WITH INFLATABLES/ROCK WALLS/ETC
Authorized Vendors for Select Activities (Inflatables/Rock Walls/etc) - A list of all vendors who are approved by Denton ISD to be used for mobile carnival rides, inflatables, rock walls, etc. PTAs are NOT required to use authorized vendors for merchandise orders and sales.
Application Request to add a Vendor- If the vendor you desire to use is not on the approved list, they may fill out this form to be added to the district list of approved vendors.
Worksheet for Approval of Campus Activity that WILL have Inflatables/Rock Walls/etc - MUST HAVE COMPLETED FOR ALL CAMPUS EVENTS WITH AMUSEMENT/CARNIVAL FEATURES. Allow at least 6 weeks time to get all approvals necessary and ensure that you include Certificate of Insurance that lists Denton ISD as a certificate holder.
ALL OTHER EVENTS
Worksheet for Approval of Campus Activity that WILL NOT have Inflatables/Rock Walls/etc - If you are hosting any event on campus , you must have this worksheet completed and include a copy of your Certificate of Insurance that lists Denton ISD as a certificate holder.
